Returns & Refunds
At Apex Bio RX, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and exceptional customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are subject to the return policy outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if: (1) the product arrives damaged during shipping, (2) you receive the wrong product, (3) the product is missing from your order, or (4) the product has a verified manufacturing defect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened products, used products, products that have been improperly stored or handled, products purchased in error, or products that have been altered after delivery. Because our products are intended solely for laboratory research, we cannot restock returned research materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever inventory is available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
